So, went to see Dr. Faux today and let him palpate my leg and show me the deformity in regards to the achilles tendon defect. He showed me that i had a defect in my left leg tendon as well, and that meant that I needed to be careful about what activities that I should be involved with in the future. Because of the propensity for rupture in that left tendon.
Dr. Faux said that he could get me in for surgery this coming Thursday. I left the office with a prescription for a scooter and instructions on when they would call me for surgery.
